Karen Boisvert (Swiss Re), Diane Myers (Reliance Insurance Company in Liquidation), Commissioner Sandy Praeger (Kansas Insurance Department), Teresa Snider (Butler Rubin) and Commissioner Susan Voss (Iowa Insurance Division) are slated to speak at ACI’s 8th International Advanced Forum on Run-Off and Commutations.

 

Catherine Isely of Butler Rubin co-chaired the ARIAS-U.S. 2009 Fall Conference and Annual Meeting, which was held on November 12-13, 2009 in New York City. Mary Ellen Burns, Jennifer R. Devery, Kathryn C. Ellsworth, Ann L. Field, Alexandra D. Furth, Susan E. Grondine, Sylvia Kaminsky, and Amy B. Kelley particpated as speakers at the conference.

 

Karen Boisvert, (Senior Vice President, Claims & Liability Management, Swiss Re Life & Health America Inc.), Ann Duffy (President, ISIS Consulting, Inc.), and Teresa Snider (Partner, Butler Rubin Saltarelli & Boyd LLP) spoke at AIRROC's annual commutation seminar on October 19, 2009. The second AIRROC Women's Networking Luncheon was held at the Hilton on Tuesday, October 20th.

 

Congratulations to Barbara Murray, Vice President – Reinsurance of Kemper Insurance Companies, who was named the 2009 Run-Off Person of the Year at a dinner held during the 4th Annual AIRROC/Cavell Commutation and Networking Event. Barbara is also a certified arbitrator.
